Budget is the first elements for my financial free formula. Budget is a plan, is a strategic, and is a system to manage your money. My mentor always say that “what is your plan? Everything you want to achieve needs a plan” And budget is a plan to manage your money and also a plan to achieve financial freedom.
What we should put into our budget? Here is the must for a budget to financial freedom.
1. Reserve Account (For known expenses)
2. Emergency account (For Unknown Expenses)
3. Debtor Account (For your dream of financial freedom)
4. Investment Account (For your dream of financial freedom)
Anyway budget is a plan and system to manage your money. So everything about your money have to be planned into your budget. The only thing is, 4 accounts above are must for a budget that planned for financial freedom.
In next few post, I will explain one by one about the purpose of the 4 accounts. See you there.
