‘There are 3 elements that build up my formula to financial freedom. Budget, Debt Control and Invest. Investing is the process that transfer your money so it can make money for you. This will build up your passive income and that is the most important point for financial freedom.
However, today I would like to make 1 thing clear - You only invest when you do your homework and the investment is under your control. When comes to investing, we must be careful. Every investment in this world have its own risk and we must know how to control the risk.
Before we invest, we must do our home works and research. We must know how the risk of an investment is and how to make it under our control. This is a long process if we invest for the first time. The problem is, at this stage, most people don’t have the patient to learn. They just simply invest without any plans and knowledge until they lost their money. They become gamblers instead of investors. There is no meaning to invest for this people.
So we are different. What I advice is when you are learning how to invest, you can put your money to saving account. When you are clear and confident enough, then you invest your money. Although sometimes you will lost an opportunity, but you still have the money with you and prepare for the next opportunity.
Remember : Invest using your knowledge and not your emotion!
