What I Learn from my customer Case 2
Today I met a retiree and we discuss about how important of creditability in business. He was a business man who have a great experience in business and management. Today we sit down and have a chance to chat about business.
According to him, in business world, your creditability is very important. Most of the time you will meet and deal with a lot of people that you meet for first time. What will make a person trust you and do business with you? That is your creditability.
Same with customer service. What you promise to customer, you must try your best to complete it. Even you cannot but you must show your attention and passion in handling the case. This is also a kind of customer service. You may think that no one will know even you don’t do it. No, people around you will know it because they can feel it. According to him, even you fail to accomplish the task but if you try your best, your customer will appreciate it. This attitude is important in every where, in family, in business or in your life.
