Years ago, $100000 maybe be a dream for us, however, nowadays there are a lot of family who own $100000 or even more than this number in their saving account. For those who own this amount of money have to consider how to manage this money.

Different family or individual have different ways to manage this money. Some of them invest in their dream car. Some of them pay down their mortgage earlier so they don’t have to suffer from the monthly installment. This is why most people say they don’t have money because all their money is being transformed to another assets or liabilities.

Now because of the increase of finance literacy, most of the people will choose to invest their money. Now people start thinking how to make their money produce more money. So a common question will be asked how we should invest our hundred thousands so this money can cover the inflation rate and appreciate 10% every year?

So I’m going to start a series that will discuss Ways to invest when you have $100000 in hands. Let us discuss it and prepare it mentally so we have a plan to invest our $100000 dollar.
