Since I involved myself in the field of selling, I start to agree that successful people know how to sell and promote their products and make money. They simply know the tricks to deal with human being and make money by providing solution to what others need. That’s why top salesman will have a happier life as he can control 2 important elements of our life - social and money.

But what actually stay behind them and pushing them to become those top guys?

Now you are reading little short post. If you 1 of them, you already have it - Enthusiasm. Every time we begin to do something, we always have this burning desire and excitement in our heart. This is what we call Enthusiasm. Same with selling career. Every salesman, when they begin their selling career, they also have the urge to tell the whole world that how happy they are to get this terrific opportunity and make money with no limit. (If you know how to sell, income for this professional job really no limit.).

If every salesman does have the enthusiasm and desire to be success when they begin their selling career, then all of them will be the top sales. However the fact is different. The rules of 20/80 also apply in this case. Only 20% of them will have a great career in selling, but the 80% will slow down and even give up. The reason is simple; the 80% group lost their enthusiasm towards their products, the job and even the money!

To be success in selling, we must know why this happen and how to maintain our enthusiasm. Now I just give an example on sales work. But it is also apply on other field. To be success, enthusiasm is a must!
