Time past really fast. I work with my mentor for almost 3 years now. I really feel happy in this time although there are also a lot of tough and sad times I have to pass through.
Although I haven’t achieve financial freedom and still on my journey to it,(Maybe this is why I still running this blog, 
) but in last 3 years, I really learn a lot from my mentor.
Maybe because of my improvements or because of I spend a lot of time with my mentor, suddenly I can see the other side of the world. A world of people who financial free. This really help me can analysis and compare and finally I found that there are some things that my mentor always do that other people may take for granted. So today, I’m going to share with you the things that we must do to achieve financial freedom and I found this from my mentor.
Keep learning
I strongly believe that the first and most important thing we should do is invest in our brain, our knowledge. So what I found is my mentor reads a lot of books and attends a lot of seminars only to improve his knowledge. If you go to his house, you will see his own small library that full of books about any topics. According to him, we need idea to make money and idea is come from knowledge. This is why he always comes out with ideas that make money.
Work Full time for living but start part time for future
Before my mentor financial free, he is running a computer service business (which I’m running now). He always hopes to stop his full time job but he can’t because he needs money to survive. So what he did is he works part time to run his own business. Most of his business is internet base and he is hardworking. Why? Because he can build his own part time business after working hours and stay there until midnight even early of morning. He continues this kind of life for almost 2 years before he achieves his financial freedom. According to him, to be success, you need to pay the price. You must be hardworking. To be financial free at the early age, we must work several times harder than others. The good news is after you make it, you can relax for the rest of life.
Mange Your Money Wisely
From my observation on those financial free people, they are having a common ability - Mange their money wisely. You only can achieve financial freedom if you know how to manage your money. All of them have a system to manage and invest their money so they can maintain or gain more wealth. Sometimes I really impressed when talking with my mentor or other customer that also financial free. From the conversation you can feel that their FQ (Financial Literacy) is really high and they can manage their money or invest their money in certain ways that you never imagine before. I really enjoy talking with them. I saw a lot of people consult my mentor about their personal finance and the first recommendation from my mentor will be “Learn how to manage your money wiselyâ€Â
Learn How to invest
When you considered financial free? You only become financial free when your passive income is more than your expenses. So how we can build passive income? Investing is one of the ways you can make it. Because of this, learning how to invest is really important to you to achieve financial freedom. Through invest, you can make your money work for you instead you work for them. Everyday, I will spend some of my part time to learn how to invest. I know sometimes it really overwhelm and confuse with all the investing information but as my mentor always says : Learning to invest is just like learning how to ride on a bicycle, once you learn it, it will become your ability and you never lost it. So learn how to invest today, make it become you ability and use it to make money. Don’t you think you so special when you profit from investing while others cannot.
