Personal Development - Mindset Formula of Success and Wealthy
I have my ultimate goal of achieving financial freedom in 2 years time. So I try to manage, plan and spend lots of time to learn and do whatever that I believe will bring me to the stage of financial freedom. Yes I have lots of ideas and plans that I believe that it will make me rich and wealthy. But when taking action, I found that there are lots of obstacles that block me. Since I’m a science student and I think it will be easy for me to success if I have a formula of success to be followed. Just like mathematics, if we knew and use the correct formula, no questions are hard in this world.

So is there any formula of mindset that will guide us to be success and wealthy? Yes and thanks to Napoleon. Below is some of the formula of mindset that I found in my research.

- I understand I have the abilities to achieve any goals in my life. Therefore, I highly demand on myself. I must work hard and be consistent and preserve. Therefore I swear here I WILL TAKE A FOCUS ACTION.
- I understand that my mindset, will become the actual action, and gradually transform become a reality in life. Therefore, I will focus my mind for 30 minutes daily, meditate seriously who I’m going to become in future, and make this grow stronger in my mind
- I understand through out my self-reminder, all the goals and desire in my mind will be practically showing themselves, supporting me to achieve any goals. Therefore, every day, I will spend 10 minutes to remind myself to improve my self-confidence.
- I already written down my personal goal and elaborated it in details so I will never give up and work harder until I able to achieve my goals.
- I completely understand that wealth and status will not permanent without honesty and righteous. Therefore, I will not do anything that harm to society instead leverage on people and cooperation, I will be success. I will make more job opportunity and let others to help me because both of me and society will be benefited. I must let others trust me so I can trust myself.ÂÂ

Do you familiar with equity index annuities? Tell you the truth, I never learn about it before I read an article from Rarely Right Blog. The author really did the best job by explaining Equity Index Annuities using the plain language instead of using dozens of financial terms.

Basically the article is talking about the problem of Equity Index Annuities. Below are the 2 problems:

- Market Upside Cap at 7% (Using recent market performance as an example)
2003 - Market up 28%, client capped at 7%
2004 - Market up 11%, client capped at 7%
2005 - Market up 05%, client gets the 05%

- Periodic averaging
This dubious structure claims to give 100% market participation while shadily providing sub par returns. Returns are calculated by averaging index levels periodically during the year and then crediting the account based on the arithmetic average of the index levels.
