Since the first day I started to help my mentor to run his business, I was being told that the ability of selling is very important for a success people. “There are no success people who don’t know how to sell”, my mentor always say to me.

I think the statement is quite correct. Now I observe that a business needs income to survive and grow and the income is from sales. So I believe that to start and run a business, you must good or find someone who good in sales and marketing to help you. However, recently I found that even you involve in investment, you also must know how to sell! For example, selling your stocks and real estates!

No matter you want it or not, but you must learn how to sell to be success. Below is the 10 secrets where can help you to be good in selling.

  1. Love what you are doing

This is a must for every one of us who want to be success. You must love what you are doing and you will have the passion to take action and stick to it. Finally you are success! Simple formula to be success.

  1. Grab every chances that make money

No matter where you are, when it or what you are doing is, you must make your mind clear so you can sense every opportunity that you can make money. This is one of the characters of those rich people.

  1. Manage your time

God is fair and gives 24 hours every day to every one of us. So if you want to be success and have more than others, then you must learn to manage your time and fully use it.

  1. Treat yourself as consultant

Salesman or anyone who involved in selling is a professional, a consultant. Why? Because they are providing solutions to their customers. This is the benefits of them, knowing how to choose and provide the solution to you to solve your problems.

  1. Don’t over promised

I believe there is no one who likes to be around a guy who can keep his promises. Promise in business is very important and it can ruin your business and loss your customers very easy.

  1. Believe yourself

Confidence to yourself is one of the factors that make you success. So as a salesman. You must believe your products and company that they can help your customers to solve problems.

  1. Train and learn to be number 1

I always heard that if you be the number one in your field, you will make money!

  1. Don’t urge customer to take action

Don’t force customer to make decision but try your best to help them make decision. I think this is the tough time for a salesman.

  1. Customers’ satisfaction is the most important

Customers’ satisfaction is the most important. This is because if 1 customer is satisfiying with you, they will recommend their friend to you. Besides that they also will become a long term and royal customer to you. Viral Marketing + repeat sales, cool!

  1. Always be humble and keep learning

Nowadays we can say that money comes from knowledge, and knowledge is come from learning. So you must keep learning so your money also keep comingJ
