Business & Income - Question to ask before starting a new business!
When I was a student, I always think that running a business is very easy and I can do it very well. So I never think about how I’m going to start my business, manage my business and grow it. I believe this is easy and I should concentrate on other thing.

However, since last 2003, I start helping my mentor to run his business and I found that my mind is so childish. Why? Because running a business is not as easy as what I thought. Lots of thing to learn and lots of skill to use in business. Beside that YOU WILL NEVER FINSIHED LEARNING IN BUSINESS WORLD!

So today, I just want to share with you some question that you should ask before starting you own business. Running a business takes more than what you can think about. So ask yourself the following questions to prepare your mental to accept the challenge from a new business:

- Is Business for you? I ask this question because I found that not every one is suitable to run a business. Some people can fully exert their potential in business but there are groups who can do so while working for others. Anyway today there is another group, it is people who suitable for internet business. So which is your world?

- Are you a self-starter? Everyday, there are a lot of ideas born in our mind. Some of them if you take it seriously, maybe it can make you some profit. However, the problem is can you be a self-starter and make the ideas come true? You must learn on yourself, plan on yourself and take action on yourself. I know some people cannot do this.

- Your Communication skill……? Business owners must build different relationship with different people. Customers, Bankers, Suppliers, Employees ……… Business is a world full of human being! So your communication skill will really affect the development of your business. My mentor always says, “Money is in others’ pocket, so communication will make them willing to take out their money and give you to get a solution from youâ€Â.

- Do you have the enough emotion and stamina to run your business? Maybe running a business is very challenging and excited. However, before you build any system into your business, there are a lot of works you need to handle yourself. So please prepare your mind to gain enough emotion and stamina to run your business. The good news is, this is a great way to force you learning faster than everybody!

- Do you willing to keep ….. learning? As what I say, there are a lot of knowledge involve in running a business. More and more challenge comes to you everyday and you need more and more knowledge to handle them. So please be prepared and keep learning no matter what happen.
