Business & Income - The 10 “Q” in Business

Nowadays, “professional” is what it takes in business. To be a professional in business, you need the 10 “Quotient” and here is what it is:

1. MQ(Morals Quotient): It is about moral and personality of a person, especially the business owners. So MQ will include consideration, respect, tolerance, forgiveness, honesty, responsibility, loyalty, civility, humor and etc.

ÂÂ

2. IQ(Intelligence Quotient): This is the common measurement on our intelligence. It also can represent how high the knowledge level of one person. So IQ will include observation, memory, thinking, Imagination, creativity, analysis and problem-solving.

3. EQ(Emotion Quotient): This is about how well you control your emotion and also a measurement how good you are in communication.

ÂÂ

4. AQ(Athwart Quotient): The ability to handle the stress and adversity. This is a measurement on how well you accept the your failure.

ÂÂ

5. DQ(Dare Quotient): Measurement on courage and how dare you take risk. So if you are good in DQ, then you will be good in risk taking and most of the successful business mans, entrepreneurs and leader have this kind of ability.

6. FQ(Financial Quotient): Indicate the ability in money management, especially in investment. FQ is a must for everyone to be improved. However, most of us ignore about it.

7. MQ(Mental Quotient): Show how good you are in handling you mentality health, reduce the mentality stress and maintain a good psychology.ÂÂ

8. WQ(Will Quotient): Show the level of your “will” quality, include diligence, motivation, determination and self-control.

9. SQ(Soul Quotient): Show the ability to “realize” and “instinct” the principal in certain things and condition.

10. HQ(Health Quotient): Represent how healthy your mind, idea and knowledge.
