If you repeat on a certain task, it will indirectly build a small program into our mind, and it will become a habit. So if you can master this formula, then you can be success in every field.

When we read a book, most of the time we just read through the content 1 or 2 times. Yes maybe we finish reading the book, however, the knowledge and the information inside the book is not 100% store in your mind. So if you don’t repeat it, when time passing, you will blur about the knowledge and eventually lost the information you read.
