Just found a site called rentometer.com where you can check the rental market of your area. Whether you want to check are you paying too much for the rent or charging too little on your rental property, you can find the answer here.
Actually all you have to do is just key in your rental address and relevant information. The system will analyze your area and listed down several rental properties around your area using Google Map, so you can compare the rental of your area from there. Quite a good and easy real estate tool.
