What you must know about Timesharing Travel before spend your money on it

Recently, one of my friend just spend a few thousands dollar to get a timesharing travel package. This is the first time I heard about timeshare, please forgive me about this 
They are so happy with it and try to share whatever benefits they have from the package. I found it really sound interesting too and thought I should get a package like this later.
So I just follow my old habit, trying to do some research on the Timeshare market and what it really is and I just found 3 sites that I think important for me and you before we spend any money:

- Timeshare Donation – Ok, I really don’t know that we can donate our timeshare for charity purpose!
