I always believe that we all born equality when we are still a baby. After that we learn differently and then have different habits, characters and mindset. So the most important stage, in my opinion, is what we learn.

 

Financially, those Riches are different. They must have certain things that they are doing correctly so that they have more money than others. So this is what Liza Pulliam Wilson from MSN Money talking about in her Article : 5 Lessons the Rich can Teach You.

  1. They give away more
  2. They are much more likely to own business
  3. They borrow strategically
  4. They don’t blow a lot of money on cars
  5. They’re almost always homeowners, and many own investment property, too

 

From the title of the 5 lessons, you may know that rich people manage money slightly different. In conclusion, they

  • Run their business (Lesson 2),
  • Invest their money (Lesson 5),
  • Manage their money properly (Lesson 3 & Lesson 4),
  • Use their money to help others (Lesson 1)

So you have a business idea? You want to start a business that makes you money every month? Then you must learn how to do your home works and research your market.

 

I’m also running a business and I can tell you from my experience that it will be easy to run a business if you know your targeted market. If you have your own targeted market, your business will be easy to stand out the crowd and grow faster than you ever dream about.

 

Brad Sugars, Entrepreneur.com’s Startup columnist, wrote an article on How to Research Your Market which I would like to share it over here.

 

Question to detect your targeted market for your business

  1. Is the market saturated? This will determine whether it is easy to make money from your business
  2. Does the market demand on what you are offering? This will let you see anybody will buy or use your products and services
  3. What’s the competition doing? Get to know your competitors, understand their SWOT and then position your business in the market accordingly.
  4. Can you reach your target audience? Research whether you really can reach your target market in particular area.

  1. Trade Information
  2. Demographic and economic data – you can try out American FactFinder, State Data Centers and Economic Census
  3. Business Groups
  4. Local Universities
  5. Local Competitors
  6. National Competitors
  7. Potential Customers

10 Steps to Get things Done!

Last time I shared How to How to overcome the Procrastination and Take action Easily, today, I want to shared 10 steps that you can follow to get things Done which I saw from Richdad.com Forum:

 

  1. Decide What You Want:
  2. Write it down and be specific:
  3. Read it three times a day…morning, noon, and night
  4. Set the date of accomplishment…if you don’t set the date, you will procrastinate.
  5. Think about it often
  6. Dream, and imagine– visualize yourself having everything you want
  7. Develop a plan of action– a roadmap
  8. Do three things every day towards the goal. THREE.
  9. Stay positive
  10. Act as though you’ve already achieved it.

 

Well, if you want to achieve something, you must take actions. I hope the 10 steps above can really help you. I’m also using it now to achieve my next goal.
