Those successful entrepreneurs never give up and keep trying even though they failed. They keep trying until they succeed. This is the most significant factor that differ them from those who had failed.
The Requirement to Succeed
It is not easy to succeed in business. If it is easy to achieve success, then more and more people will live in the rich and wealthy life because of their businesses. However, please remember that everyone has the chance to succeed even though it is not easy. Success requires the willingness to work hard, a plan to be discipline and desire to success. These are the 3 requirements that you have to fulfill in order to succeed.
Willingness to Work Hard
I believe that there is no lazy way to be success. You have to work hard to succeed. However most of us are lazy. We wish to achieve something without any hard works in the fastest speed. This is why there is time when get rich scheme is super famous in the market.
However, if you want to run a profitable business, then you have to get ready psychologically and physically to work hard. You have to use your hard works to pay the price to own a profitable business. I never heard that there are entrepreneurs make their first million without any hard works. Even those home business entrepreneurs that most people believe they are making money easily also need to spend hours sitting in front of the computer to work hard. The funny thing is most of the time we only can see how easy someone makes thousands. We only see from their surface and their end results but we never see how much of hard works they have done in order to build the system, learn the know-how and get ready what it is needed to success.
Now you knew the truth that you need to work hard to make a business success. So are you ready to work hard?
Discipline and Consistency
If you read the stories of those successful entrepreneurs, you will find that they are very discipline and do things consistently. They are discipline because they will do whatever it needs for their business without any complaints. They will accomplish their goals no matter what has happen around them. Because of their discipline, they will do things consistently. They just keep doing something again and again as long as they knew this is good for them and their business. No complain but just focus.
Discipline is the tool we can use to fight laziness while at the same time consistency will help us to avoid giving up. Again laziness and giving up are the main reasons why most entrepreneurs fail. If you want to succeed, then you have to build up your discipline and a plan that you can follow consistency. If you feel that you are lack of discipline and consistency, you can make a plan, maybe a daily plan for yourself to follow. After making the plan, your job is just focus on the plan and does whatever is listed on it. This is one of the way that I use to keep myself discipline.
I knew it is not easy to be discipline and consistency without any complaints or the ideas of giving up. However, please think about your goal and purpose of your life. Do you want to succeed? If you say yes and make the decision, there is nothing can block you.
Desire to Success
The first step in building a business is developing a strong desire to take control of your life and the strong desire to success. Desire to achieve something is the most important thing that every entrepreneurs must have today.
Why we need desire? Desire is one of the emotional factors that keep us doing one thing again and again. Without a burning desire in business, you will tempt to quit easily during the tough times. If we take the desire in business as a fire, you can start a business and become an entrepreneur with a little spark in your heart. However, you must grow it to become a strong flame. If it only stays at the spark stage, probably you are not ready to go into the business. You really need a strong and hot desire to keep going.
How to build up a strong desire? First you must understand the purpose of your life and your goal. If you want to start a business, try to relate it with your goal and purpose and figure out how a business can help you on this. After that choose a kind of business and start doing research. By doing more research and getting more info, you will build up a strong desire and confidence inside you to start a business. Just keep repeating the process until the day you have the strong burning flame inside your heart to start a business.
This is very important because many entrepreneurs fail because of giving up. They give up because their desire in business disappears.
Never Give Up….
I’m a big fan of Japanese Animation. I always learn the spirit of never give up from them and this can be the motivation for me to keep going in my life. Each successful entrepreneur simply fails more than others and they never give up or slow down when they fail. When there is a failure, other people will give up and stop doing it again. However, a successful entrepreneur will keep going and never give up until they succeed. So if we want to succeed like them, we must learn from them and do whatever they have done and behave to get the same results. So never give up!
